Supervisory Board of Directors
The Supervisory Board supervises the policies of the Operating Board of Directors and the general affairs of the company as well as advises the Operating Board of Directors. In discharging its role, the Supervisory Board is guided by the interests of the company and takes into account the relevant interests of the company's shareholders. The Supervisory Board is responsible for the quality of its own performance. Supervisory Board members are independent and cannot be directly responsible for day-to-day operational issues. Each Supervisory Board member is capable of assessing the broad outline of the overall policy and has the specific expertise required for the fulfilment of the duties assigned to her/him within the framework of the Supervisory Board profile. The composition of the Supervisory Board is such that it is able to carry out its duties properly.

Marios Paras - Chairman (British) Founding Partner
Marios Paras was first appointed to the Board of Management of The Taplow Group as Financial Director and then to the Supervisory Board in 2005. His second term will expire in 2013. He is the Supervisory Board’s Chairman, a member of the audit committee and chairman of the remuneration & nomination committee. Marios Paras has over 25 years of international experience in the HR sector, he is the Managing Director of Rowlands International and Tempo-Team Luxembourg, founder and vice-chairman of the executive board of LPRA, as well a Board member of ESSA and a life chairman of the M&M Ch Paras foundation.

Elwin W. Hannock, III – Vice-Chairman (USA) Founding Partner
Terry Hannock served as the first Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2002-2004, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2005-2006 and joined the Supervisory Board in 2007. Terry Hannock is the owner and president of Flynn Hannock, LLC, a retained executive search firm. Prior to joining the firm in 1980, Terry Hannock Hannock served in a variety of corporate human resource leadership positions. He has served on the Board of Visitors of the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford, the Board of the Seniors Job Bank, the Board of Trustees of the Williston Northampton School and is a past President of the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut.

George Griffith (USA) Founding Partner
George Griffith was a Founding Partner. He served as Vice President of Membership from 2002 to 2006. George Griffith subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2008 where is term will expire in 2011. George Griffith is an Executive with Citibank.
