Succession Management with a focus on the federal state of Hesse; conducted under the patronage of Dr. Thomas Schäfer, Hessian Minister of Finance. High-caliber speakers were participating, from consulting, law and tax firms, banks, venture capital. The event was the first of a Germany-wide series of events on topics relating to Succession Management, emphasizing the economic importance of midsize, often family-owned enterprises for the continuity of the German economy. 150.000+ family-owned enterprises are facing a succession of owners and top management in the coming years.
