TEAM ACQUISITION
Our client was a global Real Estate investment manager with an excellent reputation in the market. They needed to fast track a product solution offering into new markets. Discussions with us identified the markets for expansion. They were open to considering a “lift out”, joint venture or strategic alliance. We recommended that they seek a friendly “lift out” of an established team, preferably with assets, as well as the expertise and experience in offering a specific strategy in their target markets where the current distribution team could enable rapid growth.
Extensive research was undertaken, asset and performance data was collected and assessed on each potential team, and human capital resources were reviewed for potential fit with our client’s leadership team. Based on our assessment, our client chose the teams they wished to pursue. A discreet approach was made to the senior executive of each team and detailed discussions were held without breaching confidentiality. Interested parties were reviewed in depth with the client, NDA’s signed and meetings arranged.
Our client was able to go into discussions with potential teams armed with in-depth analyses of the strengths and fit to their requirements, data rooms were set up to review confidential documentation, and final agreements reached as to the timing and scope of the team’s remit when joining the company.

DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT
A Danish digital provider was bought in 2015 by a USA Digital Transformation company the company asked us to find 2 key management people CEO and a Global VP of Sales. Both projects were completed in 8 weeks from the 1st meeting. The client was one of the first providers with a 100% cloud based “Streaming software system” able to handle HD streaming, in highest Quality, in Highest scale / global.
The previous way of global TV broadcast was via CDN (network with Fiber, Server, and satellite. But with huge contents, and or long distances, the screen picture was “freezing” all the time. – But the clients system solved that issue. The new board refocused the business and led it to global expansion inside 3 years.

ENTERING NEW MARKETS
Our client is a highly successful USA based company in the dental sector. Whilst they had distributor agreements in place for key European countries, they were not successful. There sought to find their 1st European direct employee to develop a development strategy and implement it in a timely manner. Seeking out candidates in a competitive market who probably had not heard of our client was challenging, we identified candidates across Europe and the client interviewed people from France, Germany, Scandinavia and the UK.
They choose the UK candidate who was with the worlds largest dental consumer products company. He has established the company in Northern Europe and the UK within 3 years, the strategy he established for the rollout of the company has been successfully adopted in Asia and Latin America
