Augmenting the Recruitment Process with Assessment Insights
Whilst recruiting a Finance Director, our client was concerned the person would be joining a well-established board, and wanted ensure cultural and personality fit as well as assessment of managment skills, we undertook Hogan assessment on key internal personnel, and candidates prior to final stage interviews. This assisted the hiring team see how candidates personal skills and characteristics would overlay with existing board members.
After each Hogan assessment was undertaken, we gave both candidates and the client extensive feedback to ensure transparency in the process. This also assisted during final stage meetings, when questions raised during the assessment could be discussed by both parties.
